JEN O’KEEFE is a palynologist and organic petrographer in the Department of Physics, Earth Science, and Space Systems Engineering at Morehead State University. Her interests lie in improving palynology processing techniques, melissopalynology, fungal palynology, and wetland ecology from the Cretaceous – Neogene.

I am a Paleoecologist specializing in the legacy of human land use and fire management in modern ecosystems. I am currently a Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Amsterdam.

Professor based at Nanjing Institute of Geology and Palaeontology, CAS.
Research fields including pollen morphology and systematic, Quaternary vegetation history and paleoecology, pollen and human activities.
NICHOLA STRANDBERG
I am a PhD student at the University of Southampton studying past ecological change on South Pacific islands. I am interested in understanding how the arrival of humans and natural disturbances impacted remote island ecosystems.
